Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Crewfront — the free homepage redesign, our website builds and hosting, and the subscription services available at crewfront.com (the "Service"). By requesting a redesign or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you're using Crewfront for a business, you represent that you can bind that business.

The free redesign

The free homepage redesign is a design preview, generated with AI from your public business information. It's free, comes with no obligation, and remains a preview — it isn't a deliverable you host elsewhere. If you don't move forward, we may take the preview link down after a while.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed as an annual subscription, prepaid up front (for example, Starter at $49/month is billed as one annual payment). Pricing for each plan is shown at checkout.
• There is no setup or build fee on the standard signup path — the full website build is included with your annual plan.
• Subscriptions renew annually unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll remind you before renewal.
• If you cancel mid-term, your service continues until the end of the paid period. Because the full build is delivered up front and funded by the annual payment, prepaid amounts are non-refundable except where required by law — though if we've clearly failed to deliver, talk to us and we'll make it right.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Your website and your content

• Your domain stays yours. We never take ownership of your domain name.
• Your content is yours. Business information, photos, and customer data you provide remain your property. You grant us a license to use them solely to build, host, and operate your website and services.
• You can leave with your site. Your website is portable static HTML. You may export it at any time, and we'll provide a copy on request.
• You're responsible for having the rights to content you supply, and for the accuracy of claims on your site (licensing, certifications, pricing, guarantees).

AI-generated content

Crewfront uses AI to generate website copy, layouts, and imagery. We build only from your real business information and design every change to require your approval before it goes live. You're responsible for reviewing your site's content — if anything is wrong, the edit is one comment away.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including misrepresenting your business, infringing others' rights, sending spam, or attempting to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Service and uptime

We aim for fast, reliable hosting and quick turnaround on edits, and we work hard to keep your site up. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewfront's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms with notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue where practical. On termination, we'll make your site export available for at least 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the dashboard or by email and apply from your next renewal unless required sooner by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
